Design Your Project
Design Your Project gives estimates based on the options you choose and on typical prices for work of this kind in McKinney and the Dallas-Fort Worth area. An estimate is a guide, not a quote, bid or offer.
The scope, schedule and final price of any work are confirmed only in a written proposal after we have visited the site. The 3D house and the material swatches are illustrations; real materials vary in color and pattern.
Orders and payment
When you check out, you pay either the full estimate or a deposit, as shown at checkout before you pay. Prices are in US dollars; sales tax is shown at checkout. Card payments are processed by Stripe.
We confirm each order by email. We may decline an order, for example a project outside our service area, and refund any payment in full. What happens after you pay, and how to cancel, is explained in our Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Photography and illustrations
Some photography on this website is licensed stock, shown for mood and direction only; it is not completed Lux Domus Builder work. Portfolio entries marked as placeholders are not real projects. Drawings, the 3D house and swatches are illustrations.
Intellectual property
The website’s text, design, logo, drawings and 3D model belong to Lux Domus Builder or its licensors. Some textures, models and images are used under free licenses (CC0) or stock licenses. Please do not reuse the website’s content without permission.
